Flavour Description

This tea is made from certified organic materials and showcases the characteristic flavor and fragrance of Jinggu Da Bai Ya. What sets it apart is its lighter texture and more pronounced umami quality, enhanced by a subtle floral note and a lingering sweetness on the palate.

Tea Farm

The tea garden is located in the mountainous Jinggu County of Pu'er City, Yunnan, at an altitude of around 1500 meters, offering perfect conditions for growing delicate, high-quality teas. Surrounded by natural forests, the farm has avoided the use of chemical pesticides and has been EU organic certified for its sustainable cultivation practices since 1998.

White Tea

White tea is the least processed of all tea types, undergoing minimal oxidation. Traditionally, it is withered outdoors in a slow, careful process, resulting in a tea that is subtly sweet with hints of vanilla and a velvety texture. High-quality white tea is characterized by a high proportion of buds and a light-colored infusion.
