Important Notice – Business Customers Only

Teascom is a professional tea supplier and service provider based in China, exclusively serving business customers (B2B).

Please note that tea is classified as a food product and is therefore exempt from return and refund rights under international food safety and hygiene regulations. By placing an order with Teascom, you acknowledge and accept these terms as part of our standard trade practices.

Non-Refundable Products

To comply with global food handling laws and ensure customer safety, all tea sales are final and non-refundable, regardless of whether the package has been opened.

In addition, the following items are also non-refundable:

Opened packaging or used teaware

Memberships, vouchers, gift cards, sample packs

Pre-sale and promotional items

Order Cancellation (Before Shipment Only)

Orders that have not yet been shipped may be eligible for cancellation, subject to the following conditions:

If order processing has begun, a processing fee will be deducted to cover costs

Orders marked as “complete” in your account may already be in transit and cannot be cancelled

Teascom reserves the right to decline cancellation requests once shipment preparation is underway

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives with damaged, missing, or incorrect items, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt by emailing service@teascom.com with supporting photos.

Depending on the issue, we will:

Arrange a replacement shipment, or

Offer a refund, at no additional cost to the buyer

Please note: This policy does not apply to:

Minor cosmetic imperfections typical of handmade or natural goods

Breakage caused by third-party handling after delivery

Subjective issues such as taste, aroma, or appearance

Shipping Liability and Final Delivery

Once an order is marked as “delivered to destination country” in the tracking system, all shipping-related charges become non-refundable.

Teascom is not responsible for:

Delays caused by customs, logistics providers, or local authorities

Loss or non-delivery resulting from the buyer's unavailability or inaction
