Shipping & Delivery Terms

1. Freight Terms & Shipping Costs

All orders are quoted exclusive of shipping costs by default. Shipping fees will be communicated separately before dispatch, once the logistics method has been confirmed with the buyer. Final freight charges will be added and invoiced prior to shipment. Orders are not considered complete until both goods and freight are fully paid.

Unless otherwise agreed, all shipments to Europe are handled on DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms, meaning that no additional tariffs or import fees are due upon delivery. The delivery method (e.g., sea, air, rail, or truck) will be selected based on the destination and order volume.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

International delivery times vary depending on the destination country, chosen transportation method, customs procedures, and external logistics conditions. Delivery typically takes 10 to 60 business days, but this is not guaranteed.

3. Force Majeure & Delays

Teascom is not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, export restrictions, labor strikes, customs inspections, or disruptions in the supply chain.

In such cases, we reserve the right to:

  • Reasonably extend the delivery period, or
  • Partially or fully cancel the order.

In the event of cancellation, any prepayments will be refunded in full. We will inform the buyer promptly of any disruptions.

4. Insurance

Shipping quotes do not include insurance unless explicitly requested by the buyer. If desired, transport insurance must be arranged and paid for separately. Risk of loss during transit lies with the buyer unless insurance is purchased.

5. Partial & Early Deliveries

We reserve the right to:

  • Deliver goods in partial shipments, and
  • Dispatch orders earlier than the scheduled date.

We do not accept requests for guaranteed delivery on a specific date.

6. Buyer Delays or Postponements

If the buyer requests a shipment delay after goods are ready for dispatch:

  • Storage fees may apply after 30 days of the original readiness notification.
  • If no delivery is accepted within a reasonable grace period, we reserve the right to reroute, resell, or store the goods at the buyer’s expense and discretionarily schedule a new delivery date.

7. Permissible Variations

Minor differences in packaging, weight, quantity, or product appearance—provided they fall within commercially acceptable standards—do not constitute defects and do not entitle the buyer to withhold payment, reject the goods, or make claims.
