Flavour
The dry leaves of Longjing tea are emerald green with fine silvery hairs. They are flat and straight, shaped in the traditional bowl nail form. The aroma opens with the freshness of young buds and a clean, sweet bean note, followed by a light roasted chestnut scent and a subtle hint of orchid.
The liquor is clear and bright green. The taste is smooth, fresh, and naturally sweet, with a clean and balanced profile. The aftertaste is long-lasting, with light floral notes of orchid and gentle hints of vegetal and nutty character.
