Flavour
Anhua Fuzhuan tea opens with a distinctive floral-fungal aroma. The mid-palate reveals gentle layers of floral and medicinal herbal notes, while the finish settles into soft, aged woody undertones.
The tea brick is dark brown, marked by its signature “Golden Flowers”—beneficial yellow spores of Eurotium cristatum—blooming naturally across the surface. When brewed, the liquor is clear and bright, with a warm orange-yellow hue. Through multiple fermentations, the tea develops a complex profile where the signature fungal note is harmonized by subtle floral depth.
The texture is smooth and full-bodied, with light sweetness and a creamy finish. More than flavor alone, Fuzhuan offers a contemplative sensory experience—where aroma, taste, and feeling come together in a quiet, lasting impression.
