Flavour
The Pai Mu Tan is composed of intact buds and leaves connected along the stem, with a deep green, slightly glossy appearance.
The aroma opens with the delicate scent of tea buds, followed by bright grape-like fruit notes, and finishes with a soft, woody undertone. The liquor is a light apricot yellow with a slightly translucent, jelly-like texture—visually smooth and luminous.
On the palate, the tea is sweet, thick, and silky, with a petal-like softness. The returning sweetness and salivation are pronounced, while the aroma and flavor evolve continuously with each sip. Light fruit notes bring brightness, while the underlying woodiness adds depth and calm balance.
Elegant and layered, this tea reflects the signature beauty of Bai Mu Dan—refined, expressive, and unmistakably floral in character.
