Flavour
This full-bodied, rich-aroma oolong opens with toasty fire notes and the scent of pan-roasted rice, followed by a floral heart of orchid and a clean, woody finish.
The dry leaves are dark green with a glossy luster. Once infused, the liquor reveals a bright golden-green hue. The aroma blends soft creaminess with fresh green notes. On the palate, the tea is sweet, clear, and smooth, evoking the clarity of high-altitude air. Hints of wild orchid and fern drift gently through the cup, while a cooling sensation lingers in the throat, reminiscent of moss-covered wood after rain.
A vivid expression of Yunnan’s mountain terroir: pure, bright, and quietly invigorating.
Brewing Recommendation
Single Cup
1. Rinse the cup with hot water.
2. Add 3 grams of tea into a 300ml glass cup.
3. Pour boiling water (100°C) to fill about one-third of the cup. Rinse the leaves briefly, then discard the rinse water.
4. Refill with hot water until it reaches about 1cm below the rim. Let steep for 3-5 minutes before drinking.
5. The tea can be re-infused once, with a slightly longer steeping time..
