Flavour
This high-mountain oolong from Yunnan opens with a gentle aroma of sweet cream and fresh bamboo leaf, followed by orchid notes at the center and a clean woody finish.
The dry leaves are dark green with a glossy surface. Once brewed, the liquor is a bright golden-green. The aroma is soft and balanced, blending milky sweetness with green freshness. The taste is light, clear, and naturally sweet—refreshing and soothing from the first sip. A cool sensation lingers in the throat, leaving a quiet clarity that completes the experience.
Brewing Recommendation
Single Cup
1. Rinse the cup with hot water.
2. Add 3 grams of tea into a 300ml glass cup.
3. Pour boiling water (100°C) to fill about one-third of the cup. Rinse the leaves briefly, then discard the rinse water.
4. Refill with hot water until it reaches about 1cm below the rim. Let steep for 3-5 minutes before drinking.
5. The tea can be re-infused once, with a slightly longer steeping time..
