Flavour
The dry leaves of Jasmine Sevenfold Snowfall Tea are tightly rolled, resembling fresh bamboo shoots pushing through their joints, with silvery tips subtly emerging like mica flakes scattered on an dark green jade inkstone. The liquor is crystal clear, akin to thin mist cradling the lake's surface. On the palate, the tea is vibrant, mellow, and full-bodied, much like spring groundwater silently seeping into thawed earth. The aroma unfolds without ostentation, dissolving gradually in the brew as ancient ink meets water: the opening evokes the gentle warmth of locust blossoms steeped in honey, shifting in the finish to the crisp purity of moss on rocks after rain. Once finished, a circulating coolness rises in the throat, graceful as moonlight shifting shadows across blooming flowers..
Brewing Recommendation
Single Cup
1. Rinse the cup with hot water.
2. Add 2.5g of tea to a 300ml glass.
3. Pour boiling water (95~100°C) to fill about one-third of the cup. Rinse the leaves briefly, then discard the rinse water.
4. Refill with hot water until it reaches about 1cm below the rim. Let steep for 3 minutes before drinking.
