Flavour
Junshan Yinzhen is a Huangcha (Yellow Tea), a category unique to China. Its fragrance blends cocoa notes with a delicate peony-like aroma and a subtle orchid undertone, reminiscent of sitting in Van Gogh’s "The Café Terrace at Night," where golden light diffuses through rich scents and a soft floral breeze brushes the heart. The liquor unfolds in three balanced stages: it begins with a green tea-like freshness and sweetness, moves into a mellow and rounded mid-palate, and finishes with a cool, lingering sweetness that glides through the throat—like strolling through a sun-kissed wheat field under the crisp, clear sky of autumn.
