Flavour
This Mi Lan Xiang opens with light roast and subtle chocolate notes, followed by rich aromas of floral honey and caramel. The finish carries the distinct fragrance of orchid, softened by a hint of creamy sweetness.
The liquor is a clear orange-red with a golden ring around the rim, like the glow of sunset reflected on still water. On the palate, the tea is full-bodied and layered—roasty honey tones interlace with delicate orchid fragrance, creating both warmth and lift. Gentle accents of honey and milky sweetness emerge as the cup cools, adding nuance to a richly expressive tea that evokes the brightness and bloom of midsummer.
Brewing Recommendation
Single Cup
Use 3 grams of tea with approximately 300ml of water at 100°C. This gives a tea-to-water ratio of 1:100. Steep according to personal preference, adjust strength by modifying steeping time or leaf quantity.
