Flavour
This palace-grade ripe Pu-erh opens with a fresh, earthy-woody aroma, followed by mid-notes of dark chocolate. The finish is marked by light honey sweetness and soft, aged wood.
The dry leaves consist of tender, full buds, and once brewed, the liquor reveals a clear reddish-brown hue—like polished amber in the cup. On the palate, the earthy character unfolds smoothly, with a mellow, full-bodied texture that coats the mouth. The tea delivers a comforting warmth and grounding depth, reminiscent of moist soil after rainfall.
The finish brings a slow-building sweetness and persistent salivation. The texture is soft and dense, giving the impression of weight and chew—offering a deeply satisfying drinking experience that speaks to the richness and history of Yunnan's Pu-erh tradition.
