Flavour

This tea opens with a soft glutinous rice aroma, followed by gentle notes of lotus and honey. The finish reveals subtle hints of white chocolate and aged wood.

The liquor is deep red and bright. On the palate, it is smooth, thick, and silky—reminiscent of rice broth in both texture and warmth. The aroma is balanced and refined, offering a quiet complexity that lingers in the background.

Elegant and understated, this tea delivers a mellow, comforting experience with layered sweetness and depth.

Brewing Recommendation

Single Cup
1. Rinse the cup with hot water.
2. Add 3g of tea to a 300ml glass.
3. Pour boiling water (100°C)to fill about one-third of the cup. Rinse the leaves briefly, then discard the rinse water.
4. Refill with hot water until it reaches about 1cm below the rim. Let steep for 2–3 minutes before drinking.
5. The tea can be re-infused once, with a slightly longer steeping time.
