Flavour
It begins with maple-syrup-like woodiness and delicate sweetness, unfolds into a milky richness in the mid-palate, and concludes with the gentle sweetness of edelweiss. The liquor is pale green and luminous, like morning sunlight first piercing through a forest canopy, mingling with misty, scattered droplets. The sweetness and mellowness of this white tea blend in the mouth in the simplest way, yet express themselves with the utmost elegance.Through cycles of fresh sweetness to creamy depth and back to purity, it offers a fleeting glimpse into the profound Eastern notion of samsara.
Brewing Recommendation
Single Cup
1. Rinse the cup with hot water.
2. Add 5g of tea to a 200ml glass.
3. Pour boiling water (90-95°C) to fill about one-third of the cup. Rinse the leaves briefly, then discard the rinse water.
4. Refill with hot water until it reaches about 1cm below the rim. Let steep for 3-5 minutes before drinking.
5. The tea can be re-infused once, with a slightly longer steeping time.
